I purchased a two pack of NestCam (Battery) cameras. The first camera hooked up like a charm. The second I cannot get to connect no matter how many times I’ve tried. What gives?

This is a known issue that Google Nest has yet to correct.
Here are several on the problem, with various customer-suggested solutions, with varying results. It hasn't happened to us, so I can't recommend any of the solutions.
