We received the indoor Nestcam (thank you) to replace our Dropcam and have to use Google Home now. I have everything on but The recording stops when theres a person. I’ve tried for 3 weeks and it still stops. The range isn’t as far as the dropcam at all

A few questions: does the camera have a stable Wi-Fi connection? Does it go offline when there's a person? Did you notice if the camera lost power during the event?
Please toggle the event settings off and then back on. Follow the steps below:
