New Flood light won’t connect to WIFI

Just bought a Nest Floodlight camera. I already had a nest thermostat. I can’t get the floodlight to connect to my wifi. Of course they say to move the router. That is not possible. Can I add a wifi extender. Any other suggestions???

I use a wifi extender for one of my cameras, and it works fine. Before the extender, it continually disconnected and was off for hours at a time. My other cameras are closer to my router and they are always connected without any drops.

Hi Kpswvu,

I know it’s been a while, and I’m sorry to hear about the situation. I’d like to take a look at this for you.

It's possible that your camera is too close to the router or that it's out of range. To reconnect your camera to the app once more, try moving it closer to your Wi-Fi access point or router.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your help, @gilleslibre
