New nest wired doorbell wont connect with the app

Hello,

I was using the Google Nest for a long time with the old cameras, decided to add more and added 2 Outdoor lighting cameras, a doorbell wired 2 gen and the thermostat learning 4th gen.

I was able to add the the outdoor cameras, and start getting frustrated with the doorbell and the thermostat. (both where installed by professionals (Electrician and Plumber) issue started with adding those to the app.

Doorbell: I start the process but keep having the Something went wrong message after trying to connect, after reviewing notes, I tried to reset it but pressing the resent after 12 sec still no getting the blue light. 

The doorbell rings but getting the green light even after the reset. Still blink and then green again.

Please advise. 

I bought the google doorbell (even it was the most expensive one,  hoping to have all in the same app) getting to reach a point were thinking of replacing it with a cheapest and easy ones)
