New router and unable to connect outdoor camera to wifi

Hi.

I've installed a new Virgin router and set the wifi configuration to be the same as my old router, but my Nest Outdoor camera (cabled) wouldn't connect to the wifi.  I followed a post to remove the device and re-add but it always fails with a C324 error code.  I've tried connecting the camera to my PC and ran the setup but got the same error code.  I've Googled factory reset but I'm unable to locate where on the camera this would be.

Can anyone suggest what to do next?

I also have a Nest Thermostat which connected to the new router's wifi without any problems.

Thanks in advance

Seems it didn't like Wifi6 on the new Virgin router.  Tried disabling but still wouldn't connect. The camera attempted to connected to the WiFi but errorsed at authentication.  I had a Powerline wifi extender which the camera was happy to connect to. Has worked fine ever since.

I also have a Nest Doorbell and Virgin hub4, been having a lot of connection problems. Tried everything, splitting 2g/5G, that worked for a bit then the router combined them again. It’s all gone mostly offline now. Virgin did suggest a stand alone router and use the hub in modem mode.
It’s been extremely frustrating. If you solve the problem please post🤞🏻

We had the telephone company techs rebooting the new router and inputting the password of the new wifi and to no avail. I can drag or upload the square box scanner code…..

Still going offline. Reset, works for a few hours, then goes offline occasionally. Then following day online/offline a lot. By third day just goes fully offline. Reset and start again. Was great for 2 years now a rubbish product and no one knows how to fix the problem.

@J7

It sounds like you could have a faulty device. I would reach out to Support for further assistance with a replacement. Sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time with your Nest Cam!

Best regards,

Brad.
