New router/wifi can't access google home app..

I have 3 nest hubs, several indoor cameras and an outdoor camera. I got a new router/new wifi a month ago, and I have not been able to access Google home app. It stops at the screen where u are sposed to click OK. I can't figure out how to update outdoor cam bc it keeps asking me to scan the qr code and I cannot figure out how to use my nest hubs now. I've tried to contact Google help..been on hold forever for a chat..no idea thanks

Here's the steps on how to update the Wi-Fi information on your devices:
Connect Google Nest or Home devices to a new Wi-Fi network - Google Nest Help

If you're comfortable changing the settings on your new Wi-Fi router, the quickest way to fix this is to change the Wi-Fi network name and password to be the same as your previous ones. Your devices will then automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi.
