I changed service providers and deleted the cameras. Now I would like to reinstall cameras but can’t find out where to put new provider info and password.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue, I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this issue. If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that first locate the QR codes or serial numbers for the device and then try to log into your account with them. Setting up a new connection works best when you create a new home.
