Just got three new wired indoor cams; waiting for the "two app solution" (Nest & Home) to be resolved.
BONUS: all three just went offline. My 'old school' doorbell & outdoor IQ Cam are still online. Along with the rest of my devices.
Power on, green LED present. Just BANG all three offline at the same time. Also my Nest Hub Max. Service problem? Can't find a service status page.
Edit: See NEST status page: https://status.nest.com/ (LOL, still with the one foot @ Nest and one @ Home). "Partial Outage"

Maybe Google has separate support networks for our old cameras and our new cameras.

Sorry for the connection issues you're having with the new cameras. That sounds quite frustrating. I know it's been a few days, but I wanted to hop in here real fast to see if you were able to get this sorted out or if you still needed some help.
