One of my camera is always in black and white. I have to manually turn it from AUTO night vision to off and then to auto again for me to get color FOR ONE DAY. I have unplugged it and replugged it in. Still this issue. I do not want night vision during the day and shouldn’t have to reset it every day.

So a couple things:
The camera has an internal battery so unplugging doesn't really accomplish anything.
You might try reseting the camera. On the very back there is a hard to see button that you can push with a paperclip or tip of a pen. Push this for 5 seconds and the camera will do a RESET. Do not hold it longer than about 8 second or you will completely reset the camera back to factory settings which you don't want to do.
There is a chance that the camera is malfunctioning. If it is less than 1 year old there is a good chance Google will replace it. Either way I think your best bet is to speak to a google tech person. You can do this by opening a support ticket. Here is the link:
