I just realized that you have to pay to see more than 3 hours of video. Someone stole my package while I was sleeping so my camera was useless. It will also be useless when Im at work as I am in the healthcare industry and cant stop in the middle of seeing someone to check my phone. Im pretty sure it wasnt like this when I bought my camera. Could we at least get a 12 hour window?
The non-subscription service has always been 3 hours of video history out of the box and the paid subscription has two tiers, with many days of video history, depending on your needs.
As this is a community forum supported by other users and community specialist's you would need to submit feedback if you want the team to see your request for longer basic recording.
