I just realized that you have to pay to see more than 3 hours of video. Someone stole my package while I was sleeping so my camera was useless. It will also be useless when Im at work as I am in the healthcare industry and cant stop in the middle of seeing someone to check my phone. Im pretty sure it wasnt like this when I bought my camera. Could we at least get a 12 hour window?

The non-subscription service has always been 3 hours of video history out of the box and the paid subscription has two tiers, with many days of video history, depending on your needs.

The basic Nest aware storage has been 3hrs since I can remember but you can upgrade to better packages.
