Hello my electrician installed my doorbell but never put in the chime connector. Long story short I need a new chime connector just wondering if I can get one.

Unfortunately spare parts for the Nest devices are not readily available. You can try contacting support but almost every time people report back that support wasn’t able to send parts. I’ve read numerous times that the doorbells seem to work fine without the connector but YMMV.

I thought the Chime Connector was needed to provide continuous power for the Google Nest Hello Doorbell's camera without triggering the indoor chime.

Using the connector is definitely the way to install the doorbell however I’ve seen posts (months ago) where users hooked everything up without the connector. Without the chime connector these same users might experience chime buzzing or unexpected chimes but what can you do if the connector is misplaced and (1) support doesn’t help and (2) you don’t purchase a new or used doorbell for parts!
