@Hopeinal, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. You may enable the Audio recording option so that events in your video history will include everything your device's microphone hears, as well as the voice of whoever is speaking to a visitor during a Talk & Listen event.
To enable Audio recording:
1. Open your Google Home app.
2. Select your Nest Camera> go to Settings.
3. Select Audio> turn on Audio recording.
