Hi, I've set up my battery doorbell today. When I look back at the history videos there is no audio, I have the microphone switched on.
I tried it out and done talk and listen conversations to make sure the doorbell worked okay, but looking back at them there is no sound. Any ideas please?

I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this obstacle. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far besides what you stated in your initial message? Have you tried to Restart the device?
