my camera feed constantly says “no event detected” it’s been doing this for quite sometime now. The only thing that made me finally reach out for some help is that my camera missed something that I NEEDED to see. So it’s quite aggravating considering the reason I have cameras and pay for nest aware is to see my footage when need be.
my Wi-Fi signal in my house is great. I have full Wi-Fi signal with my phone when im near my camera. So I don’t think it could be the Wi-Fi.
someone help!

Do you have the Google Nest Camera (Battery) or the Google Nest Outdoor Camera? One of our cameras is the Google Nest Cameras (Battery), plugged in with the optional power cable. But if we unplug the power cable, the camera does not detect events very well at all when running on battery power (when the camera is in "Idle" mode).

Hey Upward,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Were there changes made with the setup, settings, and/or app of the Nest camera? Did you receive any notifications in the past? Are there other family members who can access the camera? Do they receive any notifications? Has the camera been moved recently? Also, are there any Activity Zones set up for the camera? Keep us posted.
Check out this link for additional help.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Thanks,
Archie
