Hello - My Nest camera with floodlight has been working fine for over a year. Now, it is not recording any events. I am being notified that someone is seen and at night the floodlight comes on, but when I go to look, it says "no events recorded. It's been a few days now. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

To further assist you, please answer the following questions:
When did the Nest Camera with Floodlight stop working?
Are you able to check the camera’s live feed in the Google Home app?
Did anything change in the home or with the camera around that time?
Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? If so, what type of Nest Aware subscription do you have?
How is the Wi-Fi connection in that part of the house?
How is the internet connection in general? Are you experiencing any challenges with devices going offline, slow downloads, too many people online at once, etc.?
