Hello, there is no hole on the top or bottom of my Nest doorbell to remove it. How can I do so?

The hole is in the gray mounting bracket, and should be under the paint or caulking in your photo.

I can imagine not being able to find the reset hole in your doorbell has been stressful for you. Thank you so much for your help and photo reference, @MplsCustomer. Please check to make sure that there isn't any paint or caulk over the reset hole. Please let me know.
