Nest Doorbell (Wired) Won't Boot/Power On After Extended Power Outage

Recently in Austin Tx, we had some severe weather that knocked out power at my house for over 48hrs. 2x within that period it did power on temporarily, then shut back down. Once power officially came back on, my Nest Doorbell never came back online or powered on whatsoever.

I've read a few things on other forums, but they didn't seem specific to the wired version. Following one of the recommendations, I did shut power off to the circuit where the nest was powered, and attempted to plug the nest into my laptop like some others did. No activity.

Is my doorbell/camera fired? Has anyone else experience this issue? Any ideas or resolutions?

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
