No image on the notification drop down bar

I use to have an image when I received a notification right from the drop down. I am using a Samsung note 20, yet it did work for a while; now my wife has a note 10 and her still shows the image no problem. So it is not the nest app aor camera or home app. But probably settings on my account or phone. I saw a couple of threads before but no solutions. Thanks for answering

I think I figure it out. So it seems that I had chosen the notifications to be brief instead of detailed. I did switched it and it show images now. When I go to the event history there is everything there. Mi situations was that instead of going to the camera>history>filter>person and then look the image; rather than, just drop the notification bar and see image.

When you look at the Home History, do the events show a thumbnail or are they a grey square with a ! in it? How about your wife?
