My phone died and now I can no longer log into my nest home app on my computer or on my back up phone. my password was not recognized I was able to recover the account and now none of my cameras show in my account. Since Google took over nest this has been a nighmare!!! I hate the new set up and I have cameras everywhere that I will likely need to replace to get away from google. there is no way to get support, it denied my username and password which I use all the time and have documented and all of a sudden would no longer work. I have been able to get back into the account and none of my cameras are present at all. I only get the option to add new device.
has anyone had this problem. I think it has something to do with Google forcing me to "sign on with google"
The link for help leads to generic websites. I used to be able to get help from nest and now there is no help. only links like this one that take you to generic non-related websites on which I spent 5 hours trying to find an answer.
I use this app every single day both on my computer and on my phone, when my phone died and I moved to another phone I tried to sign in using the same credentials that I have used for a long time, it did not recognize the authentication parameters and did not tell me wether the problem was with the pw or the user name, through recovery process I was able to sign in successfully and NO CAMERAS only a button to add a device!
The most frustrating thing is NO HELP and NO SOURCE for HELP

As I said on my earlier reply on your earlier thread, I would suggest that you contact Google Nest Support so you can walk through what has happened, starting with the link below. And as I suggested earlier, do not try all of the help links on the "Resources" page; just click on "Next step" so you can get to the page with contact options (chat or phone call):
https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp
I don't think what you've posted here cannot be solved by other customers. If your phone died, that should have no effect on signing onto the home.nest.com website. And the most common reason for suddenly not seeing all of your Google Nest devices is signing on with a different account.
Try Support, so they can help you get to the bottom of it.

Hello everyone,
@danvill, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, how many home structures and Nest Cameras do you have? When you signed in to the website, were you able to see your home structure/s there? Looking forward to your response.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Emerson
