No notification for sound alert on nest indoor camera

Bought this camera to pick up sounds and send notifications to phone. It will send notifications for motion but not sounds detected. It is turned on in settings to detect sound.

Using an Android phone to get the notifications but would also like to use Google Home we have in kitchen when the internal nest picks up sound, not just motion.
