No sound on replay on Nest outdoor camera

The audio playback on one of my Nest outdoor cameras no longer works on either the Nest platform or Google Home platform. I do have audio on the live feed. My other cameras still have audio. I checked the Nest app and the microphone is on. I don’t see an audio setting on Google Home. Can you help? Thanks.

I understand that the playback audio on your Nest Cam Outdoor is no longer working in either the Nest app or the Google Home app. Thank you for confirming that the microphone is enabled.   • When did you first notice this inconvenience?
  • Has the camera suffered any drops or impacts?
  • Is the camera exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time?

we now have our audio back but I have another question. Why can’t we see continuous playback on our camera that only works on Google Home. This greatly diminishes the usefulness of the camera. If you work for Google, please change this!!! Thanks.
