No status light on Nest Doorbell and can’t reset

Hi, my outdoor Nest Doorbell shows that it’s offline but I tried to reset without success. There is no status light color whatsoever.  My app says there is about 36% battery life so I’m not sure what the problem is.

Did this just start in the past week or so when Google pushed the Matter update to their products.?

I believe it’s been out for the past few weeks. I haven’t had a chance to look into it until now though.

Hello Freespirit64,

 

Thanks for posting here in the community. Let's see what we can do here. Try pulling it out from its mounting plate and plug a USB cord. Observe the light status from your Nest Doorbell.
