Not charging

Hello. Battery cams aren’t charging. I have a total of 6 cameras and only 2 charge. The others don’t even light up even after being plugged in all day. Yes, using the supplied cables the correct ways. I know it rained a few days ago but I don’t think that has caused the issue. Tried resetting with the little button on the back and nothing happens. These are too expensive to be breaking like this. Any ideas?

That doesn't seem right. We've had a Google Nest Battery Camera since September 2021, plugged in all the time with the optional 10-meter power cable feeding towards the front of the camera, and the battery stays at 100% and the camera is always "Live".
