Not getting notifications from Nest door bell after the latest Android update

Ever since the latest Android update earlier this month I'm not longer getting notifications from my Nest door bell. It's still linked and working. I can view events through the app like normal. Notifications are turned on just not getting the push notifications anymore. Anyone run into this and found a fix?
I've tried the basics, toggling notifications on and off in the Home app for the device and restarting phone.

The same thing happens to me. I have an iPhone, the problem is more than 6 months old. I already did a factory reset. I got them for one day and then stop to send me notifications. I bought and installed another first generation and for the moment it works perfectly on the back door. But the second generation one is on the front and I don't get any notifications.
