Not receiving notifications cameras

After changing to the samsung S24 I no longer receive notifications.

I have turned on every notification in my phone and on the cameras. My husband receives them, maybe it's the new phone?

Try fully turning off the phone for about 60 seconds and then power it back up.  Sometimes it just needs to do a fresh  re-connect to the Google Server.
