I have been around and around on this website. And I’ve tried everything on the app and my phone. I’m not getting any notifications when events are happening when I’m away from home.

On your iPhone, under Settings | Cellular, is "Cellular data" turned on and is "Google Home" turned on?
If so, I'm just another Google Nest customer, and can only suggest you check the details here:

We have the same problem. None of our phones are getting any notification at all, not Samsung, Not Iphone, and non or our tablets.
Only thing that reacts when someone presses the doorbell, is a Google Home speaker and a Google Nest Hub.

And you have "Push notifications" enabled and have configured notifications in the Google Home app on your phones, under Settings | Notifications and Settings | Events?

Yeah! Push notifications enabled, and "only when away" is disabled. I just now tried the doorbell with all 3 Nest hubs and Nest Mini disconnected. And there is no notifiction at all anywhere on any device. =(

On an iPhone or iPad, "Google Home" needs to be enabled under iPhone Settings | Cellular (for when you're not on Wi-Fi); under Settings | General, "Allow Notifications" needs to be turned on for "Google Home". And notifications needs to be configured for your doorbell in the Google Home app on your phones, under Settings | Notifications and Settings | Events. (There are equivalent settings in the Google Nest app for older cameras and doorbells.) We get notifications for our old and new cameras and doorbells; I can't think of any other settings that would block notifications.

Yes, its enabled on the iPhone, I have trippel checked that its on when I go into the app-info page. Notifications are enabled on the android devices. Im gonna delete the doorbell now and reset it and reinstall it into our home again, and see if it helps.

I’ve tried all the above suggestions. And Google makes it absolutely impossible to find a customer service phone number to call and walk through any other steps.

Yeah. We have to use the "Contact Us" link below. Depending on the time of day and your location, you may get a phone contact option:
