Are you certain you're trying the same email account you've used previously?

So the fact that you are posting here in the Cameras section are you trying to do the password request from the Nest App or the Google Home app? The reason I ask is if your gmail account is still logged in on any of your devices then you might try adding a recovery phone number in addition to your email. Here are the instructions:
