I think Google updated Nest and since then we do not receive any notifications on our iPad or phone
There is NO Notifications options anywhere and believe me I have tried everything. I am a senior and wud really appreciate TALKING to someone. It is ridiculous that I have to keep going around in circles trying to solve this.
I pay every year to have this service and your support is non existent!
Could a Support Specialist PLEASE contact me or give me a phone number

To contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

I am experiencing the same issue. I have a Nest Doorbell (battery) and have had it setup and working wonderfully for over a year. Then at some point this past weekend, my phone just randomly stopped getting notifications. The doorbell is still connected to my network and the Home app (appears in my device list), is still recording events, and is fully charged. I have checked all notification settings in the Home app and they are all active. I do have one zone setup - the same zone that has been setup since installation - and notifications are enabled for that zone. Away-only is NOT checked. I also checked the global notification settings for the Home app in the phone settings. Everything is enabled. I've force closed the Home app and cleared the cache. I've disabled and then re-enabled notifications for the doorbell in the Home app. I've rebooted the phone. Any other thoughts on how to get this fixed? These notifications are kinda the whole point of the doorbell, so without them it's not doing me much good.
