Hi,
I have the Nest Doorbell and it is very disappointing that I have no options to change the sound of the notifications. This is something that needs to be fixed ASAP. It’s unacceptable to have a product that is meant to alert you, but the alert sound cannot be changed. It is almost pointless.
I had a trespasser come onto my property and had I been sleep at the time …I would of never heard or been alerted by the notification.

Hi there,
Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I would love to help you find a solution to this issue.
Do you still need help with this issue?
What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?
If the restart didn’t work, have you tried to do a Factory Reset? This would be a last resort option, but would clear out issues and the device would essentially be ‘brand new’
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Best Regards,
Brad.

Hi
This issue hasn't been fixed. It should be flagged for the App developers for iOS. From doing research, there is no possible way to change the ring alert for notifications in the app and I was hoping that in the future with an app update it we would have this option. It would be really nice if we could have alerts for different zones...This would help with self monitoring.
Best,
Bryan

Hey there,
It is true that there is no such option to change the Alert/Chime/Ring sound and volume on the app. It only has a default tone, and chime sound. But thank you for your feedback, and I will be happy to send that forward for you.
Best Regards,
Brad.
