Hello, I apologize in advance if this has been asked here before. I purchased a Nest Hello wired doorbell which I would like to wire so that it activates 2 chimes, one on each floor of my home (I was told this was possible by the Best Buy salesperson who sold me the doorbell). Do I need 2 Nest Connectors to do this, one for each chime, or can I wire the single Nest Connector that was provided with the Nest Hello at my transformer to serve both chimes? Or is it not even possible for 1 Nest Hello wired doorbell/button to activate 2 chimes? TIA for your help.

Here's a previous post with a wiring diagram for 1 Nest Hello with 2 chimes. It shows that 1 chime connector is needed, and it looks like it would be located at the chime that is wired directly to the doorbell. (The second chime is fed from the first chime.)

are you within the return window for best buy? if so, i would 100% recommend you return the product. the 2-way voice on my doorbell wont work and @User123456 knows the issue and will do nothing to help. (I have a samsung phone).
