One cam will not play back. The rest are fine. Help!

One of my cameras will not hold history and the playback will not function like the rest. Please help.

Do you have both newer cameras (those that work ONLY in the Google Home app) and older cameras? History for the newer cameras is accessed in the Google Home app. Are they all in the same Google Nest "home/structure"?  Can you see the feed for ALL of our cameras on the beta/preview website, home.google.com?

They are are all older cams. 2 different accounts but viewable through the nest app. The one in question was working great. Then all the sudden it only holds 3 hours of history and it won’t playback anything. The other cams all hold history and playback as they should.

A Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription applies to all of the cameras in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Google Account unless you have the old 1st Gen Nest Aware subscription, in which case it is on a per-camera basis.

You can check your subscription by going to Settings | Nest Aware for each "home/structure" in the Google Nest app. You can also check the subscription that applies to each camera by going to Settings | Nest Aware for the camera.

Without a subscription, you get photo snapshots of activity within the most recent 3 hours:

The group of cams that work fine are on nest aware plus. Shouldn’t the other camera also be included under the same account?

Your camera should be included in your Nest Aware Plus subscription IF it is in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Google Account.
