Original Nest Door Camera/Bell (White)

Had the door camera (NEST HELLO) for 2 years (or about that) and this weekend I noticed the camera was offline.  I removed the system and verified there is power (2 wired) still going to the system.  Unfortunately, he camera/doorbell was completely dead, no lights anywhere.  I tried to do a hard reset but system was dead.  I took a USB cable and powered up the system for an hour and got some lights.  Was able to do a hard reset and reinstalled the system back outside on the door.  Was able to connect to my existing NEST system of cameras and got a good feed for about 10 minutes.  Now the Nest Door/Camera completely dead again.  Although the Door/Camera are hard wired and the supply is good, I do not think the camera battery is recharging.  Now What?????

Next step would be to contact support and your mileage will vary on that result but it’s the only option aside from buying a new one.

If it is 2 years old then it is way out of warranty and I doubt Google will help.  Like Rubes says your best path with the least amount of pain is to buy a new one (or used one on eBay like I did) to get back up and running.   There is an internal battery in side the NEST HELLO but it is no where close to being user replaceable.
