Outdoor Camera wont connect

I have had my camera for about a year and it suddenly stopped connecting to my nest account.  upon trying to re-add the camera, I am getting a NC023 error.  I have restarted my phone, I have tried connecting using a different phone.  I have turned bluetooth off and back on.  I have unplugged the camera and tried a different outlet.  I have removed the camera from my app.  I have tried just about everything and cannot re-add this camera.  help!

If it doesn't link to the right section, check the "There was a Bluetooth connection problem" section.

I'm assuming your iPhone or iPad is close to your camera? Are you using the latest version of the Google Nest app?  Do you have other Nest products installed?  If so, can you move the Nest Hello doorbell close to that device? The Nest app tries to get your Wifi network name and password from another Nest device so you don't have to enter it.
