Outdoor Nest Cam Remote

Nest Can app says the camera is offline.

I am in a different location than the Nest Cam. 

Blinking blue light on Nest Cam.

A friend unplugged and plugged in the router. Confirmed there is Wifi.

They also unplugged and plugged in the camera.

Is there anything I can do using the app to get the camera online or is the only option to have the iPhone with the app and the Nest Cam on the same WiFi network?

Still unable to reconnect the camera to wifi remotely

I am afraid that remotely setting up a device to wifi is not an option. Though, this is a great Feature Request! I am afraid unless you are physically at the device's side to set it back up on the wifi, that would be the only option. As this is a Feature Request thread, I'll go ahead and lock the thread as nothing more can be done besides submitting the feature request.
