I just want to know if anyone else is having this problem. I’m constantly finding the camera on the ground. Really not pleased with this situation. I’m worried it’s going to break one of these times. Help @

Unless you have a defective magnet or your camera is mounted correctly or is not tight against the magnet, there should be no reason why your camera should fall off of the magnetic base. (The curve of the camera should fit snugly in the curve of the magnet.) We have old and new cameras, and the magnetic bases hold all of them securely and have done so for years through wind, rain, and snow.
You could try checking the video install instructions to make sure they're mounted correctly:

If it's mounted correctly, you could try contacting Support to see if you somehow have a defective magnet:

I believe the magnet might be weak. It held for first 3 months then every 2-3 days I have to pick it up off the ground. I’ve only had it 7 months.

If the magnet is mounted correctly, it grips the camera tightly, enough to make it somewhat hard to turn and position the camera, and you can really feel the pull of the magnet when you pull the camera off of the magnet. What you're experiencing is very extraordinary. We have the secure loop on our battery camera, but the camera has never fallen off of the magnet in 20 months.
As I said, if it's mounted correctly (check the mounting videos), you could try contacting Support to see if you somehow have a defective magnet that needs replacing:

I agree with the comment above the magnets are very strong and my cams have sustained gale force winds on multiple occasions. However the newer battery cams come with a tether inside the box a "secure loop" i think google call them. Theres also heaps of after market tethers available online as well. Wasserstein do an anti theft mount as well you can find them online also. I was able to purchase the wasserstein anti theft mounts when i purchased my cams from a dept store but the dept store recently told me they no longer stock them they're obsolete but i easily found them online by searching for "wasserstein anti theft mount google nest battery camera". Theres also lots of others that are just a wire tether. Be aware the wasserstein mounts have been known to cause overheating issues in hot climates. Also the early wasserstein mounts were white under the hood and messed with night vision. The latter mounts have a black area under the hood to stop or help stop that issue. In saying all that my cams have never worked properly and i regret buying them every day...
Heres a link to the mount. Hope I've helped.
