Outdoor camera keeps unmounting over time.

Google Nest Outdoor camera unmounts itself periodically. The magnet seems strong each time I mount it but over time it dismounts itself with no notification unless you access the google home app directly. The magnet plate seems to be installed correctly because there’s a strong magnetic pull when mounting it. But it loses it over time.

If your camera is mounted correctly, I don't know how it could dismount on its own. We've had several 1st and 2nd gen Google Nest cameras with magnetic mounts for years, and they don't move or wiggle at all.

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".

5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
