Outdoor camera linked to another account

I seem to have been locked out of my old account with Nest and it will not send me a password to reset and/or remove my old cameras. I have added a new account, but unable to add my old cameras because they are linked to my old account. 

I have noticed several post around this, but NO resolution -- Any suggestions?

Hello, for this problem I believe you will need to speak with an actual Nest Tech person.  Here is a link to open a support ticket and then you will be able to escalate it to a phone call  I believe they are there 24/7.  If they get you up and running please return here and let us know what magic was performed, LOL.

@Dropzone_01, thanks for posting here in the community. To confirm, have you checked your spam, junk or trash folders for the pin? Do you remember migrating your account with Google? What app are you using to sign in? Try signing in using your web browser and go to https://goo.gle/2qjvVSU and in case your account is migrated, go to https://goo.gle/2UZL8VI. Let us know how it goes.
