My doorbell sends me a motion alert, but when I open the app to view it, there is no video in the history at all. The history is empty. This happens quite frequently. Wondering if anyone else has had this experience and is aware of a fix?

Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? If you go to your doorbell in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video | Video history, what option is selected?
