We have had our nest outdoor cameras for under a year and one of our cameras recently stopped detecting any motion. It will show us a live feed, but no motion detection. I have tried all of the troubleshooting with no change! Help!!

Same here. I had to do a factory reset the reconfigure but still have motion not picked up. Very inconsistent performance across 4 houses, all with a variety of Google and Nest cams. Now moving one home to professional hard wired cams to evaluate performance and cost.

Hey there,
Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
