Outdoor camera not recording

Hi, when I first purchased my camera it worked perfectly with no problems at all. My subscription lapse and couldn’t afford to renew until the following year. After renewing and all this year I have not been able to record, only watch live feed or a motion picture. 
I have good internet connection so not that. I have tried uninstalling the camera and reinstalling, still not working correctly. One thing that is happening is that it will not let me migrate to google, tried it lots of times but with it been already connected to a google account from the original date I purchased it, nothing happens. Don’t want to delete the full account and start again as my heating is also run by the app.

can anyone help with this problem please

Apparently the recording issue was not resolved.  I'm have a similar problem.

Added two cameras to my existing account--neither is recording.  Live video only

Do you have an active Nest Aware subscription? You will need one to view your event footage if it is past the 3 hour mark of an event. But you wouldn't be able to view any footage at all besides a live feed, if you also do not have a subscription to Nest Aware.

Good luck trying to get help with that. I want to get the door bell camera but holding off until I get this sorted.
