my outdoor camera is no longer displaying continuous history. It only shows events. I used to be able to scroll and see everything leading up to an event. Now the picture freezes until a vent happens. I do have the plus membership and it was working up until two weeks ago. how do I fix this?

How strong is the Wi-Fi signal where your Nest camera is located?
Have you noticed any internet connectivity issues with other devices on your network, such as devices going offline or slow download speeds?
Is all of your video history missing, or are only specific timeframes affected?
Do you have a recording schedule set up for your camera? If so, was the camera scheduled to record during the missing history periods?
Did anything change in your home or with the camera approximately two weeks ago, when the issue began?
Are you able to view the camera's live feed currently?
Are you experiencing this issue with any other Nest cameras?
Approximately how far is the camera from your Wi-Fi router?
What type of Nest outdoor camera do you have?
What is the make and model of your router/modem?
