Outdoor nest camera

Doesn't record blocks of time every day, all day. what is going on? Records for 15 minutes, doesn't record for 10 minutes, etc. all day. Reset all wifi and cameras and didn't affect functionality. What is going on? Have 3 outdoor nest camera, 2 cameras work perfectly.
