Outdoor wireless camera not charging

Hello everyone,

this is about the 3rd time I am charging my outdoor camera, and on my iPhone, it shows as charging, but it has stayed between 14% to 13% all day. I have moved it different outlets throughout the house, but the % has not moved even though it’s charging? I had a security company install this one wireless camera and other wired cameras, but this one is giving me charging issues. Any ideas???

Is the camera dismounted, with the USB cord seated tightly in the bottom of the camera, and with the charging cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera?  Is the status light white, indicating it's charging?

Some customers have had faulty charging cords.  You could try contacting Support:

I ended calling support, and found that it was my adapter that was the issue. I used another one and it worked. Thank you!
