My Nest Hello Wired Doorbell has begun peeling
it also stops functioning when a guest presses the chime button; lose connectivity, no chime, or alert for a few seconds to a minute
I've also reset the doorbell and loss of connectivity still occurs when a guest presses the chime button.
The unit as working fine before.
The doorbell is located on front door with a cover above the front entry to prevent direct sunlight and rain from hitting it
