Like many others mentioned here, my Nest Hello doorbell’s face is peeling and is now looking terrible! It’s installed on a porch with a roof and mostly out of the weather. Considering this is a product that should last outdoors, it’s shocking how many people are having this problem. I guess Nest/google doesn’t test the longevity of their products, or at least not past the warranty period. Has anyone had luck getting it fixed or replaced out of warranty?
