“Person Seen” notification keeps happening, but footage shows no one….

We have a number of the latest wired Nest cams.  All work fine but one keeps notifying us it’s seen a person but there is never anything ( a person) on the footage.  There is no shadows or sunlight movement from outside interfering.  Any idea- or just a ghost.  😉

Hey folks,

 

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. When did it start happening? Has the camera been moved recently? Were there any changes to the Wi-Fi network? Are there any Activity Zones set up for the camera? If so, try to remove and create a new one to see if that helps. Keep us posted.
