I have set up the google nest doorbell and all seemed Ok. However, as soon as I finish the set up and go to my Google home app and want to check the camera live it says the device is not connected. I have tried to remove the device already and reconfigured it again and still having the same issue.
Adio150621, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Did you get any error messages while setting up your doorbell? What phone are you using (Android, iOS)? Could you try accessing the web app https://goo.gle/2UZL8VI to see if you're still getting the same? Also, are you using a dual-band router (2.4 GHz and 5GHz)? If so, which band is it connected to?
