Power adapter stop working

Hello,

I have multiple Nest Cam IQ, 2 of them its power supply fail, I have tested and rueled everything out and find out the power adapter is the issue. I am out of warranty therefore Support could not help just asked me to buy a new cable and power supply. I been trying to get the power adapter from nest web site but it is on back order and its been on back order for months. I keep going back to Nest web to check with no luck, I have 2 cameras down and no way to get a power supply from its manufacture. This is ridiculous...

On my issue the fix is the power adapter (the white round puck). The original one has 3 different voltage outputs, I think that is the key, I tried power single power adapters with no luck, the other day I tried my MacBook pro power supply and this one worked fine but is a $70. It even works with the power adapter from a IQ indoors, seems to be the same.  I finaly ordered through ebay the original power supply for less than $20, have not received it yet, it comes from China... we will see if it is a reliable source.

It almost seems like Google Nest intentionally refuses to sell or provide parts for its cameras and doorbells. We have Google Nest Outdoor Cameras (not the new battery ones). If their power adapters fail, the Google Store no longer even lists a power adapter for them (nor does Amazon). In addition to posts about camera power adapters, this forum also has numerous posts from customers unable to find mounting brackets for cameras and doorbells.
