Problem connecting to cloud (battery dorbell)

Hi, trying unsuccessfully to set the doorbell. He gets stuck every time when he tries to configure the network and he gives an error message. I restarted the router and the bell and it doesn't work. The message keeps appearing - problem connecting to cloud

Hi Yanivhe3,

 

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, what is the light status of your Nest Doorbell? How far is it from your Wi-Fi router? We would recommend you to do a factory reset and make sure it has a blue light pulsing. indicating that it's ready to be installed. Looking forward to your response.
