Problem connecting to cloud

Hello, i live in Egypt and just bought a nest doorbell (battery) from NY. Everytime i try to set it up a message pops up saying ( problem connecting to cloud ). Any solutions?

Unfortunately, Google Nest only supports the battery doorbell in "Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States"

Hello everyone,

@Nadim1, thanks for posting here in the community. To confirm, have you tried using your email address with a physical address in the USA. You may also try creating a new home structure to your app with a US address. However, you'll not be able to use the Home/Away assist because of a different address. Let us know how it goes.
